Terms & Conditions

Definitions: (For the purpose of the Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meaning assigned to it hereunder)

  • ‘Rewards’ are the gifts or benefits offered by Nuvoco, from‘ time to time at its sole discretion, to Members of the Program, against redemption of Reward points earned by the Members

  • ‘Member’ means the Channel Partner enrolled under the Vriddhi Program Rewards and Redemptions

  • Images and colors shown in the Rewards Catalogue are only indicative.

  • Points are indicative and final applicable points will be communicated one month before the opening of every redemptions window.

  • Nuvoco will take a minimum of 6-8 weeks, from the closure of the redemption window, to process the Rewards. Nuvoco will endeavor to keep the Member informed of any delay.

  • All taxes applicable and incidental expenditures in connection with the Rewards will be borne by the Member.

  • Nuvoco will not have any liability towards any taxes or other expenditures or the like which may apply to Vriddhi Program or Rewards hereunder.

  • All Rewards are subject to availability and supply restrictions. Nuvoco may without notice, withdraw or substitute any Reward for another Reward (whether or not of comparable value and nature). In the case of the exact model of merchandise mentioned in the Rewards Catalogue is not being available at the time of redemption; Nuvoco will intimate the Member of such status and arrange / offer an alternate model of the merchandise to the Member.

  • Rewards once redeemed cannot be changed and the Member will not be entitled to any refund or credit

  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, Points or any other form of goods or services except for the Rewards displayed in the Rewards Catalogue.

  • A Redemption Request is only valid for Rewards as indicated in the Rewards Catalogue.

  • Members shall take open delivery of Rewards from the courier or outlet, as indicated/informed to the Members. Members are requested not to accept damaged Rewards. Nuvoco shall not entertain any complaints post acknowledgement / delivery/ acceptance of Rewards by the Members.

  • The Standard Warranty Terms of the Manufacturers would be applicable and must be directly addressed to Brand. Nuvoco is not responsible for manufacturing or product defects post usage.
